Ok, so I didn't try the pancakes.
Belgian Waffle, bacon, and eggs were on my radar today. Good for at least 999 calories.
Service was good. -

Theo's delivered a standard breakfast experience. Pancakes, omelettes, and other breakfast items are a safe bet. They're tasty, but not the best in town. As with most breakfast joints, the steaks should be avoided.

Solid! Having tried numerous venues of the Myrtle Beach breakfast scene, Theo's is a cut above. Located up the strip and between central and northern Myrtle Beach, this establishment is worth the drive - if you have to. The owner, Theo (1 of 2) welcomed us at the door and promptly showed us to a table in the spacious and homey interior. This establishment is what a breakfast restaurant SHOULD be. The staff is gracious, welcoming, attentive and fast. The menu has just about every American standard you could hope for and the kitchen turned out order with surprising speed, each done exactly to order and hot. The pancakes were generous and fluffy. The bacon crisp and not greasy. The eggs done exactly as ordered. The biggest test of any establishment is would I return? In a heartbeat. Do yourself a favor and eat here. You'll thank the staff, the owner, and me.

Walking into theo's a place recommended by my friend that lives at the beach. I looked a lot like a normal breakfast dinner. Busy, lots of people, and loud, extremely loud. I was told this was the new breakfast spot and per the reviews it was pretty good. So I meet my beach family there and we enjoyed breakfast.
Our server she was good, but you could tell she had a LOT on her plate and was very busy. She kept rushing around, sweating, forgetting our requested items, I felt bad for the pour lady but understood she was doing all she could with no help from her team. I ordered the Western Omelette with cheese, sour cream and salsa. It was very delicious, and friends enjoyed there food also.
They also mentioned they felt underserved with the server and how busy she was. And one mentioned that it was a bit pricey for the food, especially not offering kid friendly items. The kids had to order from the adult menu and we all know kiddos can't eat that much so they wasted most of their food.
Also the server mentioned to my friend when he was "planning" to order the shrimp and grits which was one of their highlights and "best featured" item on the menu that they haven't had them for a while. Her words "they aren't that good anyway, I always tell people not to get them". I thought that was a little shady for the server to talk bad about their food. I mean I like her honesty but dang lol.
It's not likely we will be back when we visit but I was good for a morning starter.
